Common questions
- How often should a piano be tuned?
- We recommend tuning your piano at least twice a year to maintain stable pitch, tone, and overall performance. Pianos used for lessons, frequent practice, performances, or recording may benefit from more frequent tuning.
- Do you tune grand pianos?
- Yes. Both upright and grand pianos are tuned. Grand pianos carry a small surcharge shown during booking.
- Do I need to be home?
- Someone needs to let Timothy in. A quiet room makes tuning faster and more accurate.
