Appointments are confirmed only after the required payment or tuning credit is accepted. Service timing may vary with the condition of the instrument.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the piano and accurate booking information. Current prices and applicable discounts are shown before confirmation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, referral, reward, and credit rules shown during booking apply to each appointment.
